I contacted Tri-County when my pellet stove stopped working. After trying to troubleshoot with me on the phone they decided to send a technician to my home. Scheduling was an easy process and the time frame given was upheld by the technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and give great advice on my unit. Because of the outstanding customer service I will return to Tri County for all my service requirements and will continue my business with them when it comes time to upgrade to a new stove!
